It’s Time! Let’s do it!

Almost everyone has been affected by the current economic downtrend. It has caused most people to re-evaluate what they have and how they can protect and enhance it. Patrick Henry Estate residents have established their homes here and want their neighborhood to grow and prosper. This is where we live and want a great welcoming neighborhood.

What makes a bunch of homes into a community?

People who care, watch out for each other and work on community projects together!

So, who among you want to ‘get in on the ground floor’ and join me to start a new initiative…that will enhance this neighborhood by detecting needs and projects?

Perhaps…neighbor to neighbor help such as – when a neighbor breaks a leg & needs someone to cut their lawn, perhaps giving someone a ride when their car breaks down or they need a lift to a polling place, or watching someone’s home when they are stricken with grief at the time of a family funeral?

Perhaps…neighbors for community spirit…and a juried Christmas decorations contest, a Halloween parade for the children, or a community garage sale or car wash? How about shoveling some snow for an elderly resident who can’t get out of their front door?

Let’s do it…band together and ensure that our homes, in this community, are known as great investments because the community is strong, welcoming & a great place to live!

Join me, Suzanne Malesic, by calling 717.379.9812. We’ll quickly work around all schedules and present our first projects to the Officers and then get started.

- If you’re an idea person, we need you.

- If you’re a great extra pair of hands, we need you!

- If you just want to do a very small part in a larger project, we need you!

There is definitely a need for everyone’s ideas & help!

Let’s do it!

Let’s make Patrick Henry Estates a much better community in live in!

ARE YOU READY???

We are having the intersection of Patrick Henry Way and Beauregard paved.

We hope to have this completed before July!

Please make sure you STOP at the stop signs and be courteous to the workers.

Be safe and follow the law when within PHE.
